Meet Your Trainer

    Hi, I’m Aidan Vanderheyden, founder of Elevate Endeavors and your soon-to-be favorite accountability partner! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with continuing education via the Exercise Therapy Association based in Canada.

    I’ve experimented with nearly every type of exercise: videos, classes, dance fitness, group personal training, powerlifting, and more. Along the way, I’ve navigated chronic pain and health challenges, which fueled my curiosity about how the body and mind truly connect. Whether it’s biomechanics, fascia, or the brain’s role in lifting, if I can’t figure something out, I’m happily down the research rabbit hole until I find answers.

    Before coaching full time, I took on roles in healthcare, business management, and leadership, and survived corporate burnout. These days, life is equal parts coaching, raising two teen daughters, managing a zoo of my own creation, nurturing my friendships, and creating time to play. I’m also studying for my Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health with an emphasis in Trauma.
